No. The free trial gives you Vendor Pro for 14 days, or 30 if another vendor invited you. You only add a card when you choose a plan, and the Collector plan never needs one.

The first 50 vendors get Vendor Pro for $19 a month instead of $39, locked in for as long as they stay subscribed. If you cancel or switch to another plan, founder pricing ends, and coming back later is $39 a month.

No. Billing starts when you subscribe, and the trial days you had left are added free, on the plan you paid for, when your paid plan ends.

Subscriptions are handled here on our website, with secure checkout by Stripe. The app never asks for payment.

Open Your account and choose Manage subscription. You can cancel anytime; your plan keeps working until the end of the month you’ve paid for, then you’re on the free Collector plan with everything kept.

You move to Collector, the free plan, unless you’ve chosen a plan. Everything is kept: your cards stay, and deals, shows and customers come back when you pick a plan that has them.

Yes, anytime, from your account. A change happens right away: moving up, you pay the difference for the rest of the month; moving down, the unused part of the month is credited to your next bill. Nothing is deleted when you move down: the parts the smaller plan doesn’t include are hidden until you move back up.

No. Every plan is monthly, and you can cancel anytime.

Share your invite link from your account. The vendor you invite gets 30 days free, and when they make their first payment you get a month free.

Yes, for Pokémon. Japanese cards are recognised and priced on their own, kept apart from their English versions, so a Japanese card is never added as the English one.

Point your iPhone camera at a card and it’s recognised and priced, usually in about a second. Use Snap for one card at a time, or Continuous for a stack, with each card dropping into a drawer. Bulk Scan reads 8 to 10 cards from one photo, and Case check sweeps a whole case for cards on your Wanted list. No. The customer summary and receipts never show costs or profit, and one tap on the eye hides every number on your screen.

Yes. Card shows lists upcoming shows near you for the next three months, with the venue, hours and directions in your maps app. Know one that’s missing? Add it from a flyer or by hand.

With your email and password, with a sign-in code sent to your email, or with Face ID and a passkey. Settings lists every phone and computer signed in to your account, and you can sign any of them out.

Your data is backed up to your account. Log in on your new iPhone to restore it.

No. There are no ads, third-party analytics, trackers or cookies. The site only keeps you logged in, using your browser’s storage. Our own server notes which days your account is used and the rough area you signed up from, and it never follows you to other sites or apps. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address. Yes, in the app or on your account page. Deleting your account permanently removes it and your cloud backup, and cancels your subscription right away.
